COTTAGE No.1 (Des Alberes): Sleeps 6 + Cot. Comprising 2 double bedrooms with en-suite showers / WC; 1 twin bedroom with bathroom / WC. New cottage-style kitchen, washing machine & dishwasher. Spacious living room and lounge.

COTTAGE No.2 (Canigou): Sleeps 5/6 + Cot. Comprising 1 double, 1 triple and 1 single loft-room. Bathroom with WC and washing machine, plus Wetroom / Shower & WC. Cottage-style kitchen & dining room. Lounge, with SAT TV.

Can be rented with www.RoussillonFarmhouse.com (sleeps 8/10) for extended families and or larger groups of up to 22.

TWO SWIMMING POOLS available when renting the whole complex with RoussillonFarmhouse.

Each Cottage has access to a superb Swimming Pool (9m x 6m), set in 500m2 garden, both cottages have their own private patio / BBQ area, equipped with sunbeds and garden furniture (with lighting for evening relaxation in summer).

Fly/Drive Perpignan, Gerona or Carcassonne or simply drive or TGV to Perpignan.

Heating / electric heaters. Ideal out of season for long lets, short breaks and for larger groups/activities, i.e. cycling, tennis, walking.
